Step-by-step: How to withdraw from Probo

These steps apply to the official Probo app or website (probo.in). If you cannot log in, see the troubleshooting section below.

Open the Probo app or go to probo.in

Use your registered mobile number and OTP to log in. If the login OTP is not arriving, try again after a few minutes — the SMS service may be intermittent given the platform’s reduced operations.

Go to your Wallet or Balance section

Look for “Wallet,” “My Balance,” or “Withdraw” in the main menu or your profile. The exact label depends on the app version you last installed.

Tap “Withdraw” and enter the amount

Enter the full amount you wish to withdraw. There is no reason to leave any balance in the account given the current situation — withdraw everything.

Select your withdrawal method

Choose your linked UPI ID or registered bank account. If neither is linked, you will need to add one — go to Payment Settings and add your UPI VPA or bank account details.

Complete verification if prompted

Probo may ask for an OTP or biometric confirmation. Complete it and submit the withdrawal request.

What if your withdrawal is stuck or rejected?

🔒 Cannot log in to the app at all

Try the website (probo.in) instead of the app. If the OTP is not arriving, ensure your registered number is active. Email Probo support with your registered number and a description of the issue. Keep the email for your records.

🚨 You are being asked to deposit MORE money to unlock your withdrawal

Stop immediately. This is not Probo — it is a clone scam. Probo will never ask for a deposit to release your existing balance. Report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.

⚠️ Important distinction

If you are trying to withdraw from a clone Probo app (an unofficial APK downloaded from a third-party site), those steps will not work — because there is no legitimate withdrawal system behind them. A genuine withdrawal goes to your linked UPI or bank via NPCI. A clone app has no such connection.
